Close Only enforces strict standards to ensure that every user benefits from a safe, genuine, and trustworthy experience. To maintain the integrity of the platform and protect the community, the following rules apply to all Creator profiles and Fan accounts:
Each individual is allowed to create only one account per category, whether it is as an Ambassador, a Creator, or a Fan. This prevents impersonation, fraudulent activity, and confusion within the community. Having multiple accounts in the same category may result in restrictions or account suspension.
Each account must be created and operated by the person it represents.
Close Only aims to build a transparent space where users know who they interact with. Sharing accounts, giving someone else access, or using a jointly-managed account goes against platform guidelines.
It is strictly prohibited to create an account using another person’s identity, information, or documents. This rule protects users against identity theft, fraud, and unauthorized use of private information.
Close Only performs advanced verification checks to authenticate Creator accounts. This may include identity document verification, profile validation, and security checks. Fan accounts can also be subject to verification to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
All accounts must comply with Close Only’s general terms, community guidelines, and safety standards. Failure to respect these rules can lead to temporary restrictions, removal of content, or permanent account closure.
