To protect all members and maintain a safe environment, Close Only strictly prohibits any exchange of personal contact information between users.
Any attempt to exchange personal details—such as phone numbers, social media handles, email addresses, messaging apps, or any external means of communication will result in the immediate and automatic deletion of your account. This rule applies to both Creators and Fans, regardless of context or intention.
Any direct or indirect mention, hint, request, or proposal related to meetings, in-person encounters, or role-play implying a meeting (real or fictional) is strictly prohibited. Such behavior will lead to disciplinary action, which may include temporary bans or full account termination.
If a Creator shares or exchanges media outside of Close Only, they lose all platform protection, including safeguards against identity theft, unauthorized use of their content, or fraudulent redistribution.
Close Only cannot intervene or offer support once content is sent outside the platform.
If a Fan accepts or initiates exchanges outside Close Only, the platform can no longer guarantee:
the authenticity of the person they communicate with,
the receipt of the media they paid for,
the quality or conformity of the content.
For your safety, all communication and media exchanges must remain inside Close Only at all times.
