No, at the moment, it is not possible to archive content on Close Only without deleting it.
If you wish to remove a photo or video from your profile, you must delete it permanently.
Close Only has not yet announced whether an archiving feature will be added in the near future.
For now, this option is not available and is not considered a priority for upcoming updates.
