What Happens If a User Does Not Follow the Rules?

Users or Creators who do not respect Close Only’s rules are subject to consequences.
The severity of the sanctions depends on the nature and seriousness of the violation.

1. Warning (For Minor Violations)

For less serious infractions, Close Only may issue an official warning.
This serves as a reminder of the rules and informs the user that repeated violations may lead to stronger measures.

2. Temporary Account Suspension

In the case of more significant misconduct, Close Only may apply a temporary suspension.
During this period:

• The user cannot access their account

• All interactions and activities are blocked

• The account may be reviewed to ensure future compliance

Suspensions are used when behavior must be corrected but does not yet justify permanent removal.

3. Permanent Account Ban

For serious or repeated violations, Close Only may permanently ban the account.
This applies especially in cases involving:

• Harassment or threats

• Discriminatory or hateful content

• Extremely inappropriate content

• Fraud or identity misuse

• Repeated disobedience after warnings

• Illegal activity

A permanently banned user cannot recover their account or content.

4. Possible Report to Authorities

In extreme cases involving illegal actions, Close Only reserves the right to:

• Cooperate with legal authorities

• Provide information required for investigations

• Ensure the platform remains safe and compliant with the law
